VendorHub vs Procurify
Spend management, or supplier onboarding
Procurify covers requisitions, purchasing and budgets. VendorHub covers the step before any of that, which is why the two usually sit together rather than against each other.
VendorHub and Procurify, side by side
Supplier onboarding capabilities only. Where we cannot verify something, we say so.
| VendorHub | Procurify | |
|---|---|---|
| Onboarding questionnaire | Built from a template, from scratch, or by describing the change in a sentence | Configurable forms |
| Supplier language | Questionnaire runs in the supplier's own language, record arrives in English | Confirm with vendor |
| Voice intake | Suppliers can answer the questionnaire by speaking | Not a stated focus |
| Supplier account required | None. One secure link, nothing to install | Portal based |
| Document handling | Uploads inside the form, read on arrival, expiry captured automatically | Document upload and storage |
| Screening | Exclusion, debarment and sanctions lists, re-run continuously | Confirm scope with vendor |
| Supplier scoring | EP Score from public records, every category openable to its sources and weight | Confirm with vendor |
| Primary focus | Supplier onboarding and qualification | Spend and purchasing management |
Capabilities change often. This reflects publicly stated positioning at the time of writing, so confirm current functionality with any vendor before deciding.
The reason suppliers finish
One capability matters more than the rest of the list combined.
They can still finish the form.
The questionnaire runs in the language the supplier actually uses, and they can answer out loud instead of typing. Your record arrives in English either way.
This is the difference that decides completion. The suppliers most likely to abandon a long written English form are frequently the ones you most need to qualify, and they never tell you the paperwork was the reason.
Everything else still applies. Required fields stay required, document uploads still arrive, and the record is identical however the supplier answered.
