EP Score is a 0–100 supplier score compiled from public U.S. government and business data. It is calculated after the vendor submits an onboarding form, can be refreshed on the vendor record, and is stored in history. Configuration is read only—companies cannot change which sources run or how they are weighted.

Strength and risk, then one number
Enabled live services run in parallel. Results split into strength versus risk, each group is averaged by its per-service weights, then combined as strength × 60% + risk × 40%. If one group is empty, the other is 100%. The score is clamped to 0–100. Below 60 the vendor is flagged for review.
- ✓Excellent: 80 and above
- ✓Good: 60 and above
- ✓Fair: 40 and above
- ✓Poor: below 40
Five display categories, not a second formula
The vendor EP Score tab groups factors for display. Those percentages are category packaging. The engine still uses the 60/40 strength/risk mix and per-service weights.

SAM.gov, sanctions, and what documents do not do
SAM.gov is both an onboarding field (UEI constant, optional registration proof) and a live EP Score source. Live sanctions screening is OFAC SDN, Trade.gov CSL, and SAM exclusions. The dashboard exclusions and sanctions sweep aggregates those hits and can refresh stale vendors.
- ✓Watchlists can store OFAC, BIS, EU, and World Bank entries for operations.
- ✓BIS, EU, and World Bank are not live EP Score factors yet.
